Choose the J1772 version if your vehicle uses a J1772 charging port. Choose the NACS version if your vehicle uses a native NACS charging port.

Does the charger support both 120V and 240V?

Yes. The charger is designed for dual-voltage use and automatically detects the connected voltage. 240V charging uses the built-in NEMA 14-50 plug. 120V charging uses the included 14-50 to 5-15 adapter and should follow the approved adapter specification and current limits.

What current levels are available?

The charger supports 9 current settings: 6A, 8A, 10A, 12A, 16A, 20A, 24A, 32A and 40A.

Is the 14-50 to 5-15 adapter included?

Yes. The V4 page structure has been updated to show the included 14-50 to 5-15 adapter as part of the product package. Final product listing copy should still match the confirmed packing list and adapter specification.

What information does the LCD screen show?

The screen is designed to display current, voltage, charging time, energy delivered, live power, temperature, status information and other operating indicators based on the product information currently available.

Can it be used outdoors?

The page includes a Type 6 point and a weather-use point. Final wording for outdoor use should remain aligned with the official specification, operating guidance and approved test results
